1. Time Rack Integration-Smarter Time Tracking

Time Rack, a time-tracking software is a new integration partner in Aqore that helps staffing agencies easily manage time collection and assignments. Using this integration, you can ensure accurate hour tracking and smooth pay and billing processes. 

Before integrating Time Rack, staffing agencies faced challenges like manual time-tracking errors, payroll discrepancies, compliance issues, and inefficiencies. 

So, to overcome these issues, we are thrilled to announce our latest integration with Time Rack, transforming how you manage time tracking and payroll. This integration allows you to: 

  • Faster Payroll Processing:  Reduce payroll processing time by automating time tracking. 
  • Create Client Stickiness:  Provide a seamless, integrated experience that strengthens client relationships and enhances long-term engagement. 
  • Increase Operational Efficiencies: You can streamline time tracking and payroll processes, reducing manual work and enhancing overall productivity. 

2. Tracking time spent on a particular task

Manually tracking time for entries can be frustrating and time-consuming. It often leads to errors, missed entries, and difficulty syncing work hours with payroll systems.  

So, to mitigate these errors, we have updated the task time tracking feature, which records the time taken to complete specific tasks on recruitment applications such as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), New Hire Onboarding (NHO), and Employee Information System (EIS). 

Aqore’s updated Task Time Tracking feature provides: 

  • Real-time insights: You can now see live updates about how efficiently tasks are being completed, helping you to track performance instantly.  
  • Completion Date: A new column has been added to show when a task was finished, making it easier to track progress. 
  • Time Tracking in MM: SS Format: The time spent on each task is now recorded in minutes and seconds (MM: SS). This will help the user understand how much time is used for different tasks for optimizing workflows. 

All these features are available in the Aqore mobile app, allowing users to monitor and manage tasks conveniently on their phones. With this update, you can make data-driven decisions to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve hiring speed.

3. Available Tab on the Assign Navigation

The “Available” tab is a new feature in Aqore’s Scheduling Software JSM that allows managers and recruiters to quickly see which employees are available for job assignments on a given day. 

Before this product update, recruiters had to manually check employee availability, which was time-consuming and inefficient. 

 A new “Available” tab lets you quickly see which employees are available for jobs each day. 

Key Highlights:

  • Quick Access to Available Employees lets you see a list of employees who are ready for job assignments.  
  • One-Click Availability Filtering in the tab helps you easily filter between available employees and all employees. 
  • Discard Option in the Available tab assists you in removing employees from the available list if they are no longer free for assignments.

4. Auto Update Status to Function with JSM Assignments

Auto Update Status is another product update in Aqore, that automatically updates an employee’s status based on their job assignments and schedule.  

Instead of manually changing an employee’s availability or work status, the system does it automatically when they are assigned or removed from a job. 

User Benefits:

  • Employee statuses will now be updated automatically based on their job assignments. 
  • No more manual status updates- let Aqore handle it for you!
