1. Updated Work Board: A Smarter Way to Manage Shifts

We’ve updated the Work Board (a real-time daily roster) for industries like healthcare and day labor.

Key updates include:

  • Live Scheduling: Track clock-ins, clock-outs, and attendance in real time.
  • Perfect for Shift Work: Manage last-minute changes with ease.
  • Even for Weekly Payroll: Get a detailed daily view to manage no-shows and scheduling adjustments.

2. New Job KPI for Better Insights

We’ve added a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to the Job Snapshot so you can track success more effectively.

Key Features:

  • Fill Ratio: See how efficiently jobs are being filled.
  • Time to Fill: Track how long it takes to place a candidate.
  • Missed Opportunities: Identify where you’re losing business.

These insights help you optimize job performance and make data-driven decisions

3. Move Department Functionality

In the past, rearranging departments under various parent customers was laborious and time-consuming, requiring backend help or manual restoration and perhaps resulting in data inconsistencies and workflow disruptions.

The new “Move Department” feature allows you to relocate departments between parent customers while seamlessly preserving data integrity.

Key features include:

  • Seamless Transfers: Merge departments into a parent or assign them to a new organization with just a few clicks.
  • Accurate Customer Selection: Search by name or ID to ensure proper placement.

This update eliminates manual work and gives admins more flexibility in managing organizational structures.

4. Mass Update Properties for Edit Transactions

Inconsistencies were more prevalent when editing timesheet transactions in bulk since it was time-consuming and required individual modifications.

The “Mass Update Properties” feature now enables batch-level efficiency in timesheet edits.

Highlights include:

  • Batch-Level Updates: Modify fields like Office, PPE, OT Plan, and custom references in one go.
  • Faster Processing: No more repetitive manual edits; just update once and apply across multiple records.

This upgrade saves time and ensures data accuracy at scale.

5. Single Device Login Session

Previously, user credentials could be active on multiple devices simultaneously, posing security vulnerabilities such as unauthorized access to sensitive data.

We have now imposed a strict single-device login policy to enhance data security:

  • Automatic Session Expiry: If another login occurs, the previous session will automatically time out.
  • Instant Notifications: Users get alerts when another device logs in.

This protects sensitive data and prevents unauthorized access.

6. Resume Import: "Source" Field Update

Tracking the origin of candidates during bulk resume imports was challenging, often requiring manual entry post-upload and hindering recruitment analytics.

The enhanced Resume Import feature now includes a “Source” field where you can:

  • Easily tag candidates from LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and more.
  • Better reporting to see which hiring sources perform best.

7. Social Sign-On with Google and Microsoft

Aqore users can now log in using their existing Google or Microsoft accounts, streamlining access without the need for additional passwords.

  • Key Features: One-click login via Google or Microsoft, secure OAuth authentication, account linking in profile settings, and admin control over enabling/disabling social sign-on.
  • Benefits: Saves time, maintains security and user permissions, and simplifies onboarding for new users.

8. Email Signature Setup

Users can now create and insert professional email signatures within Aqore Staffing Software.

Key Features:

  • Visual Signature Builder – Drag-and-drop elements to design your ideal signature.
  • Profile-Specific Signatures – Maintain distinct signatures for each email profile.
  • One-Click Insertion – Instantly add signatures while composing emails.

These updates reflect Aqore’s commitment to enhancing user experience, security, and operational efficiency within the Zenople by Aqore’s platform.

9. Enhanced Electronic Signatures

This update improves the Electronic Signature capabilities in Aqore by offering more legal details for tasks requiring consent. Users can benefit from enhanced security, attribution, and audit logs through this update.

We have introduced easier onboarding with improved e-signatures. Now, documents capture:

  • Full name of the signer.
  • Signed date and time.
  • Unique ID and IP address.

This ensures compliance and reduces paperwork errors.
