Position Overview:
As a Computer System Analyst, you’ll be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of Aqore’s software systems. You will bridge the gap between our technical teams and clients, proactively monitoring system health, efficiently troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with global teams to enhance our solutions. Your technical expertise and strong communication skills will ensure we consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Performance & Optimization: Proactively monitor and fine-tune system performance, resolving bottlenecks.
- Issue Resolution & Collaboration: Diagnose and fix technical issues, working closely with offshore development and QA.
- Client Communication & Support: Serve as a technical point of contact, addressing client inquiries and providing guidance.
- Requirements Analysis: Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- System Improvement & Innovation: Identify and recommend system enhancements.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation and provide performance insights.
- Global Team Coordination: Collaborate with offshore teams for seamless updates and deployments.
- UAT Support: Assist in validating new features before live deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid experience analyzing and troubleshooting software systems, including databases and cloud platforms (ideally Azure).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, SQL, cloud services, and networking concepts.
- Understanding of the SDLC and experience collaborating with development and QA teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, with reporting experience.
